June Vacation!

Hi Guys! I just recently had a vacation from work and it was great! I didn't know that I was going to be taking time off until right before so we didn't have anything planned, so we just hung out around the city and did a little Spring Cleaning. I had about 9 days off that I had to use before the end of the month or I would have lost the time so here is our time off in pictures. Hope you enjoy!!!

We did some Spring Cleaning and for us that includes shampooing the carpets. We went over to the grocery store and rented the Rug Doctor for less than $50 bucks. We think it is a pretty good deal vs. having some service come into your home and do it for you...We like our privacy and also I think that we do a better job since we are clean freaks and all : )

We decided that one day we were going to go to a waterpark in Wisconsin Dells. We went on a Thursday because on the website it says that was one of the least busy days and also the summer camp's hadn't started yet so there wouldn't be a bunch of kids hanging around : )

We ended up going to Noah's Ark ( America's Laregest WaterPark) since we both hadn't been since about middle school. In Wisconsin the Dells is the hot spot for school field trips and just summer fun in general. People come from all over to go the water parks, and if you have ever been then you know that it is a really small town ( population wise), but in the summertime the population increase ssubstantially because of all the people that go there for work and play. You drive down the streets and it is nothing but FUN...there are a TON of waterparks and resorts. A really cool thing about it is that they hire a TON of foreigners and they have name tags showing what contry they are from...We thought that was pretty neat.

The water was cold at first...that's why I'm making that really ugly face : ) LOL!!!

I wanted to go swimming again the next day after we came back from the waterpark...we have a pool at our apartment complex. It is small but perfect for a SPLASH around on a VERY HOT day!! I think it was in the 90's that day so it felt really good once I got used to the water : )

We also went to the Tattoo Shop this past weekend so that Dudy could get his hands done. He has been so excited for these tattos for a really long time and we finally went and did it. The reason that it took so long to get them done is because we couldn't find a tattoo place that does really good work for a good price. My little sister and her friend had just went to this girl Mandy in McFarland, WI ( Encore Tattoos ) and thier tattoos were REALLY GOOD!!!! So we went and checked her out. Dudy is really happy with his tattoos...She does really good work so if you guys are in our area and are in need of a tatt you should go and check her out for sure!!!! (They also do peircing's)

Mandy also did the star because she said that he shouold have something to fill the space between the other tattoo at the top of his arm.

Mandy was really nice...she talked and joked around the whole time. She wasn't just a STONE FACE, which is how some tattoo artists are (too serious!!) Dudy also liked that because it keeps your mind off the tattoo. He said it didn't hurt until they got over to the wrist bone...

We will show you guys more pictures once they have healed...right now they are peeling a bit so I think that in about another week they should look perfect : ) So Exciting!! Now I can't wait to get more tattoos : )
To end the weekend before returning back to work we also had a family/friends taco night at our house....unfortunatley we didn't take any pictures becasue we did it right after the tattoos and I was rushing around to get everything ready.
